AI can now generate code, documents, analysis, and operational decisions faster than humans can review—or even fully explain—them. This creates a new infrastructure problem: organizations are gaining productive capacity while quietly losing human understanding, accountability, and agency.
In this technical and practical session, Jonathan Bethune will introduce cognitive infrastructure: systems designed to preserve and verify human understanding in AI-assisted work. He will examine cognitive offloading, the limits of conventional code review and governance, and architectural approaches to provenance, knowledge mapping, comprehension verification, and cognitive-risk detection. Examples from AI-assisted software development will show why correct output is not the same as human ownership of the underlying reasoning.
The session will conclude with a demonstration of Ninchi, a platform that creates a verifiable record of human understanding around AI-generated work. Attendees will leave with a framework for adopting AI without surrendering the judgment, expertise, and responsibility that make organizations resilient.

専攻と違う仕事に就いた。授業の内容はほとんど忘れた。「大学の4年間って何だったんだろう」と思ったことがある。そんな人にこそ来てほしいイベントです。登壇するのは、Creative Project Base代表・倉成英俊さんと、楽天大学学長・仲山進也さん。２人に共通するのは、学校で学んだことを意外な形で仕事に“転用”してきたこと。法学が仕事のフレームワークになる。昔の授業が企画の武器になる。役に立たないと思っていた学びが、何年もたって突然つながる。この1時間のセッションの後、大学の授業の見え方が変わるかもしれません。昔好きだったことを、もう一度やりたくなるかもしれません。そして「自分には武器がない」と思っていた人が、すでに持っていた学びに気づくかもしれない。学生も、若手社会人も大歓迎。

本セッションでは、「誰に、何を、何のために伝えるのか」を起点に、解決したい課題、顧客、解決策、ビジネスモデル、なぜ今なのか、なぜ自分なのか、そして聞き手に何をお願いしたいのかまで、伝わるピッチの基本構造を解説します。
さらに、時間内に収める原稿づくり、練習方法、目線や間の使い方など、考えた内容をきちんと相手へ届けるための実践的なポイントも紹介します。

Global Shapers Communityは、世界経済フォーラム（World Economic Forum）によって設立された、世界各地の都市を拠点に、18〜30歳の若者たちが地域から社会にポジティブな変化を生み出すグローバル・コミュニティです。
本セッションでは、スイス・ジュネーブで開催された「Global Shapers Community Annual Summit 2026」に参加した日本のGlobal Shapersが登壇し、世界各地の若手リーダーたちが集うこのサミットで交わされた議論とつながりについて共有します。世界経済フォーラムが主催し、世界知的所有権機関（WIPO）が共催した今年のサミットは、「Signals for the Future」をテーマに、世界各地の若者たちがこれからの未来について共に考える機会となりました。

What conversations emerge when 450 young changemakers from more than 140 countries come together to imagine the future? And what can we learn from them?
The Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, is a global community of young people aged 18–30 who are driving positive change in their local communities and beyond through city-based Hubs around the world.
In this session, Global Shapers from Japan who participated in the Global Shapers Community Annual Summit 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland, will share the discussions and connections that emerged from this global gathering of young leaders. Hosted by the World Economic Forum and co-hosted by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), this year’s Summit, under the theme “Signals for the Future,” brought together young people from around the world to collectively explore what the future may hold.
From the future shaped by AI to community-led solutions, youth leadership, social entrepreneurship, and urban transformation—how should we navigate and respond to the world ahead?
Through an inside look at the conversations shaping the future among young people from around the world, we will explore how each of us can engage with and play a role in shaping that future.

慶應義塾大学卒業後、デンマークの海運世界最大手Maersk Lineに入社。その後フリーランスの日英バイリンガルMC/通訳として主に国際会議やスポーツ国際大会、海外トレードショー等で活躍し、2013年株式会社キャリーオンを設立。 子ども服の買取・販売コミュニティ「キャリーオン」事業を通じてSDGs5、12の達成にも寄与し、2020年退任。2021年キャリーオン売却。2021年、世界中で注目を集めるヘンプ抽出物CBDを用いたボタニカルフードテック 株式会社Leaflowを設立し、代表取締役CEOに就任。CBDを使った健康的な食品を提供することによって、よりよい社会作りに貢献する。日本ではまだ数少ない女性のシリアルアントレプレナーとして活躍するかたわら、Startup Lady Japan理事、One Young World Japan理事として、女性アントレプレナーおよび日本を支える次世代グローバルリーダーの育成にも従事。 Rui is a Tokyo based serial entrepreneur successfully exited in 2021 July, CEO and Co-Founder of Leaflow Inc that leads the next generation CBD products throughout Japan and Asia. Previously co-founded Carry On Inc. in 2013 operating "Carry On (Social Closet®) " the hassle-free sharing platform for gently worn children’s clothing. Well experienced with e-commerce, retail service, sustainability for consuming goods, PR & branding, strategy marketing, team building. She is on a mission to incubate women entrepreneurs and to empower next-gen leaders in Japan as Startup Lady/One Young World directors as well. Previously, 10+ years experience at event operation, public relations, emceeing, interpreting as freelance. 3 years experience at Maersk Line for international shipping business. Bachelor of Arts, Keio University 1997.

専攻と違う仕事に就いた。授業の内容はほとんど忘れた。「大学の4年間って何だったんだろう」と思ったことがある。そんな人にこそ来てほしいイベントです。登壇するのは、Creative Project Base代表・倉成英俊さんと、楽天大学学長・仲山進也さん。２人に共通するのは、学校で学んだことを意外な形で仕事に“転用”してきたこと。法学が仕事のフレームワークになる。昔の授業が企画の武器になる。役に立たないと思っていた学びが、何年もたって突然つながる。この1時間のセッションの後、大学の授業の見え方が変わるかもしれません。昔好きだったことを、もう一度やりたくなるかもしれません。そして「自分には武器がない」と思っていた人が、すでに持っていた学びに気づくかもしれない。学生も、若手社会人も大歓迎。

良いピッチとは、情報を漏れなく説明することではありません。聞き手に「もっと知りたい」「応援したい」「一緒にやりたい」という次の行動を起こすことです。
本セッションでは、「誰に、何を、何のために伝えるのか」を起点に、解決したい課題、顧客、解決策、ビジネスモデル、なぜ今なのか、なぜ自分なのか、そして聞き手に何をお願いしたいのかまで、伝わるピッチの基本構造を解説します。
さらに、時間内に収める原稿づくり、練習方法、目線や間の使い方など、考えた内容をきちんと相手へ届けるための実践的なポイントも紹介します。
これから初めてピッチをつくる方も、すでにあるピッチをもう一段磨きたい方も、ぜひご参加ください。

Global Shapers Communityは、世界経済フォーラム（World Economic Forum）によって設立された、世界各地の都市を拠点に、18〜30歳の若者たちが地域から社会にポジティブな変化を生み出すグローバル・コミュニティです。
本セッションでは、スイス・ジュネーブで開催された「Global Shapers Community Annual Summit 2026」に参加した日本のGlobal Shapersが登壇し、世界各地の若手リーダーたちが集うこのサミットで交わされた議論とつながりについて共有します。世界経済フォーラムが主催し、世界知的所有権機関（WIPO）が共催した今年のサミットは、「Signals for the Future」をテーマに、世界各地の若者たちがこれからの未来について共に考える機会となりました。
AIがもたらす未来から、コミュニティ主導の課題解決、若者のリーダーシップ、ソーシャル・アントレプレナーシップ、都市の変革まで、我々はこれからの世界にどのように向き合っていくのか。

What conversations emerge when 450 young changemakers from more than 140 countries come together to imagine the future? And what can we learn from them?
The Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, is a global community of young people aged 18–30 who are driving positive change in their local communities and beyond through city-based Hubs around the world.
In this session, Global Shapers from Japan who participated in the Global Shapers Community Annual Summit 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland, will share the discussions and connections that emerged from this global gathering of young leaders. Hosted by the World Economic Forum and co-hosted by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), this year’s Summit, under the theme “Signals for the Future,” brought together young people from around the world to collectively explore what the future may hold.
From the future shaped by AI to community-led solutions, youth leadership, social entrepreneurship, and urban transformation—how should we navigate and respond to the world ahead?
Through an inside look at the conversations shaping the future among young people from around the world, we will explore how each of us can engage with and play a role in shaping that future.

慶應義塾大学卒業後、デンマークの海運世界最大手Maersk Lineに入社。その後フリーランスの日英バイリンガルMC/通訳として主に国際会議やスポーツ国際大会、海外トレードショー等で活躍し、2013年株式会社キャリーオンを設立。 子ども服の買取・販売コミュニティ「キャリーオン」事業を通じてSDGs5、12の達成にも寄与し、2020年退任。2021年キャリーオン売却。2021年、世界中で注目を集めるヘンプ抽出物CBDを用いたボタニカルフードテック 株式会社Leaflowを設立し、代表取締役CEOに就任。CBDを使った健康的な食品を提供することによって、よりよい社会作りに貢献する。日本ではまだ数少ない女性のシリアルアントレプレナーとして活躍するかたわら、Startup Lady Japan理事、One Young World Japan理事として、女性アントレプレナーおよび日本を支える次世代グローバルリーダーの育成にも従事。 Rui is a Tokyo based serial entrepreneur successfully exited in 2021 July, CEO and Co-Founder of Leaflow Inc that leads the next generation CBD products throughout Japan and Asia. Previously co-founded Carry On Inc. in 2013 operating "Carry On (Social Closet®) " the hassle-free sharing platform for gently worn children’s clothing. Well experienced with e-commerce, retail service, sustainability for consuming goods, PR & branding, strategy marketing, team building. She is on a mission to incubate women entrepreneurs and to empower next-gen leaders in Japan as Startup Lady/One Young World directors as well. Previously, 10+ years experience at event operation, public relations, emceeing, interpreting as freelance. 3 years experience at Maersk Line for international shipping business.
