2018年3月22日にはじまったThursday Gathering。これまでに12万人を超える方々にご参加をいただき、第400回目を迎えることができました。

そんな節目となる第400回目のThursday Gatheringは、”Homecoming”と題して、いつものThursday GatheringをCIC Tokyo設立前に会場としていた【虎ノ門ヒルズ 森タワー】で開催します！
2018年の立ち上げ当初から参加してくださっている方も、最近参加し始めた方も、今回が初めての方も。出会った時期や場所に関係なく、みんながこのCommunityの一員です。
スタートアップを取り巻く環境が大きく変化する今、これまでの挑戦やつながりを振り返りながら、次なる成長や世界への広がり、そしてCommunityのこれからを皆さんと一緒に考えます。
当日はセッションだけでなく、Open MicやDemo Tableなど、皆さん自身が参加し、交流できる企画も開催予定。懐かしい再会も、新しい出会いも交わり、そこからまた新しい挑戦やコラボレーションが生まれていく。そんな一夜を、皆さんと一緒につくりたいと思っています。

Thursday Gathering began on March 22, 2018. Since then, more than 120,000 people have joined us, and we are thrilled to celebrate our 400th gathering.
This community is truly yours.
- We could never have come this far without every one of you—the connections we’ve made, the ideas we’ve shared, and the countless collaborations we’ve created together. Thank you for being part of this journey!
To mark this special milestone, Thursday Gathering #400 will be a “Homecoming”, bringing us back to 【Toranomon Hills Mori Tower】—the place where Thursday Gathering was held before CIC Tokyo opened.
Whether you’ve been part of the community since our early days in 2018, joined us more recently, or are coming to Thursday Gathering for the very first time, you are part of this community—no matter when or where your journey with us began.
As the startup landscape continues to evolve, this Homecoming is a chance to look back on the challenges, connections, and opportunities we’ve shared, while looking ahead to new possibilities for growth, greater global connections, and what’s next for our community.
Alongside sessions, we’ll have interactive opportunities including Open Mic sessions and Demo Tables, where everyone can take part and connect. We hope it will be a night where familiar faces reunite, new connections are made, and new ideas, challenges, and collaborations begin.

At this 400th milestone, we’re coming together once again at the place where it all began—to celebrate how far we’ve come and, together, go even further.

東京都心部において、多様なプレイヤーが集い、都市をイノベーションの実験場とするエコシステムが着実に育ってきました。その一つの結実として、現在では虎ノ門ヒルズエリアを舞台に、持続可能な都市の未来を見据えた先進的な実証実験（PoC）が次々と生まれています。
その一つとして、近年、デジタルツインやスマートシティの議論が盛んですが、その多くは技術的な可能性や実証段階にとどまりがちです。社会実装へと歩みを進めるためには、「高精度な空間データや動態データを誰が整備・更新し、そのコストをどう負担し、どのような価値として人に還元するのか」という極めて現実的な運用の仕組み（エコシステム）を構築しなければなりません。

To celebrate Thursday Gathering #400 Homecoming!, we’re hosting a special Open Mic for our community!
Whether it’s your idea or startup, something new you want to launch, a question, or something you’re passionate about, this is your chance to take the mic and share it with the community.
You’ll have 1 minute (2 minutes maximum) to keep it simple and bring your energy. Most importantly, don’t forget to share your “Ask”—what you’re looking for from the community!
Whether you’ve been with us since 2018, joined more recently, or this is your very first Thursday Gathering, everyone is welcome.

スタートアップにとって、ガバナンスは「会社が大きくなってから整えるもの」でも、「IPO審査を通過するために形式的に整備するもの」でもありません。
経済産業省も、ガバナンスを中長期的な企業価値向上に向けて適切な意思決定・執行を可能にする体制として捉えており、近年はスタートアップの成長そのものを支える仕組みとしてガバナンスを位置づけています。
一方、スタートアップでは、創業者への権限集中、急速な組織拡大、VCをはじめとする新たな株主の参加、資金調達、ストックオプション、関連当事者取引、IPO準備など、成長・フェーズに伴って、ガバナンスの観点からのあり方・課題が急速に変化します。

生成AIは、広告・映像・ゲーム・アニメの制作現場で急速に広がっています。一方で、活用をさらに進めるうえで最大の課題になっているのが著作権です。つくったものが既存のキャラクターや人物、作風とどう関係するのか。AIを活用して生み出したものを、自社の資産として守れるのか。
米国では、ハリウッドのメジャースタジオをはじめとする先進企業が、こうした著作権リスクを客観的に可視化し、制作プロセスの中で管理する取り組みを進めています。

400回目のThursday Gatheringは始まりのあの場所で…！
2018年3月22日にはじまったThursday Gathering。これまでに12万人を超える方々にご参加をいただき、第400回目を迎えることができました。

- ここまで歩んでこられたのは、ひとえにご参加いただいた全ての皆さんとの出会い、そしてコラボレーションのおかげです。ありがとうございます！
そんな節目となる第400回目のThursday Gatheringは、”Homecoming”と題して、いつものThursday GatheringをCIC Tokyo設立前に会場としていた【虎ノ門ヒルズ 森タワー】で開催します！
2018年の立ち上げ当初から参加してくださっている方も、最近参加し始めた方も、今回が初めての方も。出会った時期や場所に関係なく、みんながこのCommunityの一員です。
スタートアップを取り巻く環境が大きく変化する今、これまでの挑戦やつながりを振り返りながら、次なる成長や世界への広がり、そしてCommunityのこれからを皆さんと一緒に考えます。
当日はセッションだけでなく、Open MicやDemo Tableなど、皆さん自身が参加し、交流できる企画も開催予定。懐かしい再会も、新しい出会いも交わり、そこからまた新しい挑戦やコラボレーションが生まれていく。そんな一夜を、皆さんと一緒につくりたいと思っています。

Thursday Gathering began on March 22, 2018. Since then, more than 120,000 people have joined us, and we are thrilled to celebrate our 400th gathering.
This community is truly yours.
- We could never have come this far without every one of you—the connections we’ve made, the ideas we’ve shared, and the countless collaborations we’ve created together. Thank you for being part of this journey!
To mark this special milestone, Thursday Gathering #400 will be a “Homecoming”, bringing us back to 【Toranomon Hills Mori Tower】—the place where Thursday Gathering was held before CIC Tokyo opened.
Whether you’ve been part of the community since our early days in 2018, joined us more recently, or are coming to Thursday Gathering for the very first time, you are part of this community—no matter when or where your journey with us began.
As the startup landscape continues to evolve, this Homecoming is a chance to look back on the challenges, connections, and opportunities we’ve shared, while looking ahead to new possibilities for growth, greater global connections, and what’s next for our community.
Alongside sessions, we’ll have interactive opportunities including Open Mic sessions and Demo Tables, where everyone can take part and connect. We hope it will be a night where familiar faces reunite, new connections are made, and new ideas, challenges, and collaborations begin.

東京都心部において、多様なプレイヤーが集い、都市をイノベーションの実験場とするエコシステムが着実に育ってきました。その一つの結実として、現在では虎ノ門ヒルズエリアを舞台に、持続可能な都市の未来を見据えた先進的な実証実験（PoC）が次々と生まれています。
その一つとして、近年、デジタルツインやスマートシティの議論が盛んですが、その多くは技術的な可能性や実証段階にとどまりがちです。社会実装へと歩みを進めるためには、「高精度な空間データや動態データを誰が整備・更新し、そのコストをどう負担し、どのような価値として人に還元するのか」という極めて現実的な運用の仕組み（エコシステム）を構築しなければなりません。
本セッションでは、虎ノ門ヒルズエリアで実施されたLiDAR等の最新技術を用いた実証実験をケーススタディとし、インフラ運用・都市デザイン・ユーザー体験（アクセシビリティ・ロボティクス）という3つのレイヤーの第一人者が集結。「点」の実証から「面」の社会実装へつなぐためのリアルな課題と可能性を紐解きます。

Whether it’s your idea or startup, something new you want to launch, a question, or something you’re passionate about, this is your chance to take the mic and share it with the community.
You’ll have 1 minute (2 minutes maximum) to keep it simple and bring your energy. Most importantly, don’t forget to share your “Ask”—what you’re looking for from the community!
Whether you’ve been with us since 2018, joined more recently, or this is your very first Thursday Gathering, everyone is welcome.

スタートアップにとって、ガバナンスは「会社が大きくなってから整えるもの」でも、「IPO審査を通過するために形式的に整備するもの」でもありません。
経済産業省も、ガバナンスを中長期的な企業価値向上に向けて適切な意思決定・執行を可能にする体制として捉えており、近年はスタートアップの成長そのものを支える仕組みとしてガバナンスを位置づけています。
一方、スタートアップでは、創業者への権限集中、急速な組織拡大、VCをはじめとする新たな株主の参加、資金調達、ストックオプション、関連当事者取引、IPO準備など、成長・フェーズに伴って、ガバナンスの観点からのあり方・課題が急速に変化します。

生成AIは、広告・映像・ゲーム・アニメの制作現場で急速に広がっています。一方で、活用をさらに進めるうえで最大の課題になっているのが著作権です。つくったものが既存のキャラクターや人物、作風とどう関係するのか。AIを活用して生み出したものを、自社の資産として守れるのか。
米国では、ハリウッドのメジャースタジオをはじめとする先進企業が、こうした著作権リスクを客観的に可視化し、制作プロセスの中で管理する取り組みを進めています。
本セッションでは、生成AIのIPリスクスコアリングと著作権ガバナンスを手がけるCopySightの日本チームと、Google・BytePlusで生成AIプラットフォームの事業開発を担ってきた吉平氏が登壇します。IP×生成AIをめぐる世界の潮流と、先進企業がどう考え、どう取り組んでいるかを語り、日本の現場で生成AIをビジネスに活かすためのヒントを探ります。

Generative AI is spreading fast across advertising, film, games and anime, yet copyright has become the biggest barrier to using it further in real business. In the US, leading companies including major Hollywood studios are already making this risk visible and managing it inside their production workflows. 2018年3月22日に始まったThursday Gathering。多くの出会いや挑戦、コラボレーションを重ね、ついに400回目を迎えました！
今回のClosing Sessionでは、Venture Café Tokyoの立ち上げ当初から関わってきた森ビル 大林さん、そしてCIC Tokyo GM Minakoさん、Venture Café Tokyoのメンバーが集まり、これまでの歩みや印象に残っているエピソードを振り返ります。
そして、スタートアップを取り巻く環境が大きく変化する今、これからのVenture Café TokyoやCommunityに期待すること、さらに生み出していきたい出会いや挑戦について語ります。

400回という節目を、これまでCommunityをともにつくってきた皆さんとお祝いしながら、さらにその先へ。
