海外のピッチイベントに、自分や自社が登壇することを考えたことはありますか。
海外ピッチというと、英語が得意な起業家や、すでに海外展開を進めているスタートアップだけが参加するものに見えるかもしれません。しかし、その価値は、受賞や資金調達だけではありません。
異なる文化や市場の中で事業を説明することで、自分たちの前提を見直し、国内では得られない反応や新たな接点を得る機会でもあります。
本セッションでは、SXSW Pitchを一例に、応募、選考、準備、現地登壇までの実際のプロセスを紹介します。挑戦者と支援者の経験を通じて、現地で直面した壁や得られた変化、海外挑戦を阻む心理的・経済的な障壁と、それを支える企業やコミュニティの役割を考えます。
海外展開をまだ具体的に決めていないスタートアップ、研究者、学生、企業内新規事業担当者にも、海外ピッチを次の選択肢として知ってもらうためのセッションです。

概要 | Descriptions：
「アプリをつくる」と聞くと、まずプログラミングを学ばなければいけない気がします。でも今は、つくりたいものを言葉で伝えるだけで、AIがアプリの形にしてくれます。
このワークショップでは、ブラウザだけで動くAI開発ツール「Replit」を使って、参加者お一人おひとりが実際に自分のアプリを1本つくります。はじめの30分でReplitの使い方をデモを交えてご紹介し、残りの時間はひたすら手を動かす時間です。最後に、できあがったものを何人かの方に見せていただきます。
題材は自由です。日々の仕事で困っていること、あったら便利だと思っていたツール、個人的に欲しいサービス——どんなアイデアでもかまいません。作りたいものが決まっていなくても大丈夫です。当日はいくつか題材の例をご用意します。プログラミングの経験はまったく不要です。

【持ち物】

You don't need to learn programming to build an app anymore. Just describe what you want in plain words, and AI turns it into a working application.
In this hands-on workshop, each participant will build their own app using Replit, an AI development tool that runs entirely in your browser. The first 30 minutes cover how Replit works with a live demo; the rest of thee'll close with a fewparticipants sharing what they made.
Build anything you like — a fix for something that slows you down at work, a tool you've a service youpersonally want. Don't worry if you haven't decided yet; we'll have starter ideas ready on the day. No programming experience required.
Who this is for:
- Non-engineers who want to build their own apps and tools
- Anyone curious about what AI can actually do, hands-on
- People with an ideat
What to bring:
A laptop is recommended (smartphones work but involve a lot of screen switcccount in advance will help you get started faster.
Perk:

The Venture Café community, committed to the mission of “Connecting Innovators to Make Things Happen,” has brought about numerous “Happenings” in the past. This session is designed to introduce newcomers to our weekly signature event, “Thursday Gathering,” and facilitate networking among first-time attendees (Beginners). Our aim is to ensure that everyone can fully enjoy and engage with our community. Please feel free to join us!

賞金総額1.6億円、世界最大級のハッカソン「Shipaton」を日本で牽引する上田善行氏が、Replit × RevenueCatを活用したバイブコーディングの現在地と、Shipaton攻略のポイントを紹介します。
AIの進化によって、エンジニアだけでなく、学生や非エンジニアでもアイデアを短期間でプロダクトとして形にできる時代になりました。本セッションでは、Replitを活用したAI駆動の開発プロセスから、RevenueCatを使ったマネタイズ、そして実際にプロダクトを世界へ「Ship」するための考え方までを解説します。
さらに、世界中の開発者が参加するShipatonで、どのようなアイデアが強いのか、何を意識して開発・発信すべきなのか、審査で伝わるプロダクトにするにはどうすればよいのかなど、日本でShipatonを牽引してきたからこそ語れる攻略のコツもお届けします。
