7月16日（木）、CIC Tokyo（Venture Café Tokyo）にて、高市政権が掲げる「重点投資17分野」にも指定され、現在あらゆる産業でパラダイムシフトを起こしている「AI」と、それを乗りこなす「組織・人材」をテーマにしたセッションを開催します。

■ 本シリーズについて
本セミナーは、社内起業をテーマとした全3回シリーズの第1回です。 組織に所属しながら新規事業に取り組む難しさは、アイデアの有無だけにあるわけではありません。意思決定や評価、関係者の巻き込みといった構造的な課題が伴います。
シリーズを通じて、アイデアの起点を見出すところから、ビジネスモデルの設計、社内で合意を得るための伝え方まで、構想を形にする一連の流れを扱います。各回は単体でもご参加いただけますが、通してご参加いただくことで、社内で挑戦するための道筋を一貫して捉えていただけます。
