Descriptions:
As AI gets good at more of what we do, the hard question for leaders is no longer what to automate. It's what to keep and what we quietly stop learning once the machine is good enough.
Japan is facing that question first. The choices leaders make now, about what to hand over and what to protect, will decide which skills their organisations still have in five years.
This is not a book launch and not a press event. It is a working conversation. There is no panel and no audience: fifteen to twenty people sit around one table, and everyone speaks, including the host.
Anna Skrypka, author of Culture Decides, opens with a short provocation on what AI is quietly changing about judgment inside organisations. Then one question goes round the table, and every person in the room answers it.
Off the record, under the Chatham House Rule. Nothing is filmed, streamed, recorded or attributed.
Who it's for: executives, founders and investors making real decisions about AI.
Key takeaways:
Which human judgments gain value as AI improves, and which are quietly disappearing without anyone deciding to let them go
How large organisations really decide what to automate, and why the successful exception so rarely becomes the rule
A question to take back to your own team: what have we decided not to hand over, and what has that decision cost us?
The group is kept to around 20 people so everyone has a voice. Early arrival is recommended.
