Product-market fit is the most critical, and most misunderstood, milestone in a startup's journey. In this session, four founders and operators with deep experience in Japan and global startups come together for a candid conversation moderated by Joe Baz.

慶應義塾大学理工学部管理工学科卒業。アクセンチュア株式会社でサプライチェーン専門のコンサルタントとして活動後、ソフトバンクロボティクス株式会社にて人型ロボット「Pepper」の事業立ち上げに従事。戦略策定から実行まで幅広く携わり、ギネス世界記録を受賞したプロジェクトの立上げと実行をリード。現在はAI技術の民主化を推進する一般社団法人ビジネスAI推進機構（BAAO）を設立しAI・ロボットの情報を発信するほか、Donut Robotics社などのロボット事業に参画。経済産業省AIガバナンス・ガイドライン執筆協力者。著書に『はじめてでも失敗しない生成AI導入』『ロボット共存時代の教科書』。
NBAや世界のスポーツ社会変革コミュニティでの経験から、SSR（スポーツの社会的責任）コンサルティング事業で起業、主要スポーツリーグ、強豪クラブ等を支援。昨年7月より「スポーツｘ社会貢献をデザインする」を”世界基準＆日本目線”でビジネスから学ぶ会員制勉強会 Sports Purpose Club を始動。ＩＯＣと国連が連携実施するサステナビリティ推進サミットでのアワード審査員等も務め、国内最先端のサステナビリティ推進プロクラブ集団支援プログラム「エリートエイト」を運営。

慶應義塾大学理工学部管理工学科卒業。アクセンチュア株式会社でサプライチェーン専門のコンサルタントとして活動後、ソフトバンクロボティクス株式会社にて人型ロボット「Pepper」の事業立ち上げに従事。戦略策定から実行まで幅広く携わり、ギネス世界記録を受賞したプロジェクトの立上げと実行をリード。現在はAI技術の民主化を推進する一般社団法人ビジネスAI推進機構（BAAO）を設立しAI・ロボットの情報を発信するほか、Donut Robotics社などのロボット事業に参画。経済産業省AIガバナンス・ガイドライン執筆協力者。著書に『はじめてでも失敗しない生成AI導入』『ロボット共存時代の教科書』。
