IVSの運営チームが事務局を務め、IVS2026のオフィシャルサイドイベントとして開催するのが、全国の投資家・スタートアップ・起業家・事業会社など約100名を青森県内に招聘し、青森県の有力者と接続するスタディツアー「青森クエスト2026」です。なぜ、青森なのか。
青森県には、りんご（全国シェア約60%）をはじめ、にんにく・ごぼうなど全国1位の農産物が多く、風力発電も全国トップ級です。核燃料サイクル施設は全国唯一で、六ヶ所村では核融合研究など次世代エネルギーの集積も進んでいます。一方で平均寿命・健康寿命は低い水準にあり、1954年以降の転出超過で若者・女性の流出が続いています。これらは、寒冷な気候・広い土地・一次産業中心という同じ条件から生まれています。同じ条件が、青森のすごさと課題を同時につくっている。このギャップそのものに、まだ誰も拾っていない事業機会があります。
このセッションでは、その「なぜ」を、青森の当事者と一緒に開きます。弘前大学に通いながら、捨てられていたホタテの貝殻を素材に変えている牧方咲良さん。そして、首都圏の企業に青森を売り込む側にいる、青森県東京本部 産業誘致チームの吉田綾子さん・古川鮎美さん。場をつくる側のIVSが青森に何を見たのか、その目線を、現場と行政の声で確かめます。
青森クエスト2026 について（IVS2026 オフィシャルサイドイベント）
日程：2026年8月4日（火）〜6日（木）／青森県内（六ヶ所村・青森市・八戸市ほか予定）
かたち：答えでなく問いを見つけに行く、招待制のスタディツアー。GX・エネルギー（六ヶ所〜陸奥湾）、農業・水産（りんご農家〜八戸「美食都市」）、青森県知事のセッション＋県内キーパーソンとのランチネットワーキング、ねぶた祭に跳人として参加。

働く人のウェルビーイングや健康経営への関心が高まる一方で、更年期による不調は、いまだ「個人の問題」として見過ごされることも少なくありません。
パーソル総合研究所によると、更年期症状によって仕事の生産性が平均で約50％低下するという調査結果もあり、症状レベルが高いほど、仕事への意欲やパフォーマンス、継続就業意向にも影響が出ることがわかっています。
また、女性では治療が必要なレベルでも4割以上、男性では重度の症状がある人の7割近くが、自身の不調を更年期症状だと自覚していないという実態もあります。
さらに、更年期症状について上司に相談している女性は1割程度に留まり、「理解されない」「軽視される」と感じることで、相談しづらさにつながっているケースも少なくありません。
挑戦する人たちが、身体の変化とうまく付き合いながら、長くパフォーマンスを発揮していくために必要なこととは何か。
本セッションでは、フェムテック、男性更年期領域のヘルスケア、産業医・総合診療、それぞれの視点から、
「更年期って女性の話では？」
「男性更年期って聞いたことはあるけれど、実際はどうなの？」
「組織として、どう向き合うべき？」
といったテーマについてお話を伺います。

IVSの運営チームが事務局を務め、IVS2026のオフィシャルサイドイベントとして開催するのが、全国の投資家・スタートアップ・起業家・事業会社など約100名を青森県内に招聘し、青森県の有力者と接続するスタディツアー「青森クエスト2026」です。なぜ、青森なのか。
青森県には、りんご（全国シェア約60%）をはじめ、にんにく・ごぼうなど全国1位の農産物が多く、風力発電も全国トップ級です。核燃料サイクル施設は全国唯一で、六ヶ所村では核融合研究など次世代エネルギーの集積も進んでいます。一方で平均寿命・健康寿命は低い水準にあり、1954年以降の転出超過で若者・女性の流出が続いています。これらは、寒冷な気候・広い土地・一次産業中心という同じ条件から生まれています。同じ条件が、青森のすごさと課題を同時につくっている。このギャップそのものに、まだ誰も拾っていない事業機会があります。
このセッションでは、その「なぜ」を、青森の当事者と一緒に開きます。弘前大学に通いながら、捨てられていたホタテの貝殻を素材に変えている牧方咲良さん。そして、首都圏の企業に青森を売り込む側にいる、青森県東京本部 産業誘致チームの吉田綾子さん・古川鮎美さん。場をつくる側のIVSが青森に何を見たのか、その目線を、現場と行政の声で確かめます。

日程：2026年8月4日（火）〜6日（木）／青森県内（六ヶ所村・青森市・八戸市ほか予定）
かたち：答えでなく問いを見つけに行く、招待制のスタディツアー。GX・エネルギー（六ヶ所〜陸奥湾）、農業・水産（りんご農家〜八戸「美食都市」）、青森県知事のセッション＋県内キーパーソンとのランチネットワーキング、ねぶた祭に跳人として参加。
対象：県外 約100名（招待制・指名招聘および紹介ベース）＋ 県内 約50名（8月5日ランチ中心）

働く人のウェルビーイングや健康経営への関心が高まる一方で、更年期による不調は、いまだ「個人の問題」として見過ごされることも少なくありません。
パーソル総合研究所によると、更年期症状によって仕事の生産性が平均で約50％低下するという調査結果もあり、症状レベルが高いほど、仕事への意欲やパフォーマンス、継続就業意向にも影響が出ることがわかっています。
また、女性では治療が必要なレベルでも4割以上、男性では重度の症状がある人の7割近くが、自身の不調を更年期症状だと自覚していないという実態もあります。
さらに、更年期症状について上司に相談している女性は1割程度に留まり、「理解されない」「軽視される」と感じることで、相談しづらさにつながっているケースも少なくありません。
挑戦する人たちが、身体の変化とうまく付き合いながら、長くパフォーマンスを発揮していくために必要なこととは何か。
本セッションでは、フェムテック、男性更年期領域のヘルスケア、産業医・総合診療、それぞれの視点から、
「更年期って女性の話では？」
「男性更年期って聞いたことはあるけれど、実際はどうなの？」
「組織として、どう向き合うべき？」
といったテーマについてお話を伺います。
