近年、日本においてアントレプレナーシップ教育は急速に広がりを見せています。文部科学省の調査によると、大学・高専等におけるアントレプレナーシップ教育の実施率は2020年度の27％から2022年度には33％へと上昇し、受講者数もこの数年で大きく増加しています。 一方で、こうした教育が実際のキャリアや日々の仕事の中でどのように活かされているのかについては、まだ具体的なイメージを持ちにくい部分もあります。 本セッションでは、ベンチャー・カフェ東京の起業家教育プログラム「COMMUNITY CAMPUS」の卒業生3名を迎え、それぞれ異なるフィールドにおいて、アントレプレナーシップがどのように活かされているのかを具体的に掘り下げます。 また、そのアントレプレナーシップがどのように身につき、どの瞬間に実践へとつながったのかについても、リアルな経験をもとに紐解いていきます。

2024年米国バブソン大学経営学部卒業。都内インターナショナルスクール在学中にロボット大会 WRO JAPAN 2013 東京予選会1位・全国大会プレゼン部門3位、FIRST LEGO LEAGUE 2014 東日本代表・全国大会出場（当時小学生）。2017年（当時15歳）にノースフィールドマウントハーモンスクール（米高校）へ転校。教育とアントレプレナーシップに関わり始め、2020年にアントレプレナーシップ教育31年連続全米No.1評価、全米大学ランキング2位（2025年時点）のバブソン大学経営学部（アメリカ）に入学。大学進学後は、複数のスタートアップでのインターン、学内での様々なリーダーシップの発揮、「身近にあるアントレプレナーシップ」をテーマに国内の高校や大学、国外の中学生に向け講師及び教育プログラムの設計・運営を務めるなど精力的に活動の場を広げる。2023年1月から4月までIEビジネススクール（スペイン）に交換留学。2023年よりベンチャー・カフェ東京に参画し、東京都の協定事業者として起業家教育プログラム『COMMUNITY CAMPUS』の立ち上げに携わる。現在、同事業の運営に携わるとともに、世界経済フォーラムのユース組織「Global Shapers Community」に所属し、法政大学大学院では特任講師を務めている。

A New Delhi-born, Tokyo-raised serial entrepreneur with a global track record — co-founding Finom in the US and contributing to Gojek and Zenius across Southeast Asia. Currently on sabbatical in Tokyo, balancing fatherhood with exploring his next venture.
Community Campus 2期を卒業後、経済産業省・JETRO主催のJ-StarXに採択され、Stanford e-Entrepreneurship Japanを修了。2026年3月に高校を卒業し現在は米国Delaware法人Project ALICE Inc.を創業し、AIアバターと仮想世界を軸に、人間とテクノロジーの新しい関係性をつくる事業に取り組んでいる。高校時代には国内外の起業家育成プログラムに参加し、今年2月には20歳以下向け起業家プログラムAviatorを立ち上げた。
慶應義塾大学理工学部管理工学科卒業。アクセンチュア株式会社でサプライチェーン専門のコンサルタントとして活動後、ソフトバンクロボティクス株式会社にて人型ロボット「Pepper」の事業立ち上げに従事。戦略策定から実行まで幅広く携わり、ギネス世界記録を受賞したプロジェクトの立上げと実行をリード。現在はAI技術の民主化を推進する一般社団法人ビジネスAI推進機構（BAAO）を設立しAI・ロボットの情報を発信するほか、Donut Robotics社などのロボット事業に参画。経済産業省AIガバナンス・ガイドライン執筆協力者。著書に『はじめてでも失敗しない生成AI導入』『ロボット共存時代の教科書』。
「人生は実験だ！」をテーマに、SDGsや社会課題を“楽しい体験”へ変換するエデュテインメントプロデューサー。総フォロワー70万人。シルク・ドゥ・ソレイユ賞受賞や紅白歌合戦振付など、世界レベルのエンタメ制作経験とSNS運用知見を活かし、社会課題を楽しく理解できる体験へ再設計。 これまで世界15カ国以上で活動し、企業・大学と連携したSDGsプロジェクトやYouTube戦略を多数手がけ、企業PRやCSRにも貢献。社会性と話題性を両立した企画は新聞・TVでも多数取り上げられている。 現在は「アースグッドダンサーズ」プロジェクトを立ち上げ、大阪・関西万博出演をはじめ、全国へ活動の幅を広げている。
エスビー食品（株）食文化未来研究所所属Comunity Campus 2期生 家庭用営業を3年経験したのち、「知の探索」を目的とした食文化未来研究所へ。社内新規事業提案制度の設計を軸に、各種ワークショップや社内コミュニティの立ち上げを通じて、社内にイノベーションの土壌を耕す環境づくりに奮闘中。現在も次なる制度設計を計画しながらも、自らも起案者になるべく、事業アイデアを磨いている。

2024年米国バブソン大学経営学部卒業。都内インターナショナルスクール在学中にロボット大会 WRO JAPAN 2013 東京予選会1位・全国大会プレゼン部門3位、FIRST LEGO LEAGUE 2014 東日本代表・全国大会出場（当時小学生）。2017年（当時15歳）にノースフィールドマウントハーモンスクール（米高校）へ転校。教育とアントレプレナーシップに関わり始め、2020年にアントレプレナーシップ教育31年連続全米No.1評価、全米大学ランキング2位（2025年時点）のバブソン大学経営学部（アメリカ）に入学。大学進学後は、複数のスタートアップでのインターン、学内での様々なリーダーシップの発揮、「身近にあるアントレプレナーシップ」をテーマに国内の高校や大学、国外の中学生に向け講師及び教育プログラムの設計・運営を務めるなど精力的に活動の場を広げる。2023年1月から4月までIEビジネススクール（スペイン）に交換留学。2023年よりベンチャー・カフェ東京に参画し、東京都の協定事業者として起業家教育プログラム『COMMUNITY CAMPUS』の立ち上げに携わる。現在、同事業の運営に携わるとともに、世界経済フォーラムのユース組織「Global Shapers Community」に所属し、法政大学大学院では特任講師を務めている。

A New Delhi-born, Tokyo-raised serial entrepreneur with a global track record — co-founding Finom in the US and contributing to Gojek and Zenius across Southeast Asia. Currently on sabbatical in Tokyo, balancing fatherhood with exploring his next venture.
Community Campus 2期を卒業後、経済産業省・JETRO主催のJ-StarXに採択され、Stanford e-Entrepreneurship Japanを修了。2026年3月に高校を卒業し現在は米国Delaware法人Project ALICE Inc.を創業し、AIアバターと仮想世界を軸に、人間とテクノロジーの新しい関係性をつくる事業に取り組んでいる。高校時代には国内外の起業家育成プログラムに参加し、今年2月には20歳以下向け起業家プログラムAviatorを立ち上げた。
慶應義塾大学理工学部管理工学科卒業。アクセンチュア株式会社でサプライチェーン専門のコンサルタントとして活動後、ソフトバンクロボティクス株式会社にて人型ロボット「Pepper」の事業立ち上げに従事。戦略策定から実行まで幅広く携わり、ギネス世界記録を受賞したプロジェクトの立上げと実行をリード。現在はAI技術の民主化を推進する一般社団法人ビジネスAI推進機構（BAAO）を設立しAI・ロボットの情報を発信するほか、Donut Robotics社などのロボット事業に参画。経済産業省AIガバナンス・ガイドライン執筆協力者。著書に『はじめてでも失敗しない生成AI導入』『ロボット共存時代の教科書』。
「人生は実験だ！」をテーマに、SDGsや社会課題を“楽しい体験”へ変換するエデュテインメントプロデューサー。総フォロワー70万人。シルク・ドゥ・ソレイユ賞受賞や紅白歌合戦振付など、世界レベルのエンタメ制作経験とSNS運用知見を活かし、社会課題を楽しく理解できる体験へ再設計。 これまで世界15カ国以上で活動し、企業・大学と連携したSDGsプロジェクトやYouTube戦略を多数手がけ、企業PRやCSRにも貢献。社会性と話題性を両立した企画は新聞・TVでも多数取り上げられている。 現在は「アースグッドダンサーズ」プロジェクトを立ち上げ、大阪・関西万博出演をはじめ、全国へ活動の幅を広げている。
エスビー食品（株）食文化未来研究所所属Comunity Campus 2期生 家庭用営業を3年経験したのち、「知の探索」を目的とした食文化未来研究所へ。社内新規事業提案制度の設計を軸に、各種ワークショップや社内コミュニティの立ち上げを通じて、社内にイノベーションの土壌を耕す環境づくりに奮闘中。現在も次なる制度設計を計画しながらも、自らも起案者になるべく、事業アイデアを磨いている。
