起業の道のりは、決して一直線ではありません。資金調達の壁、ライフイベントとの両立、「女性だから」という無意識の偏見、そして孤独。それでも挑戦を続ける女性起業家たちは、何を原動力に、どのように壁を乗り越えてきたのでしょうか。
本セッションでは、渋谷区の女性起業家支援プログラム「HerRise」に参加した起業家が登壇し、起業のきっかけ、挫折や転機、そして支えになった人やつながりについて、リアルなストーリーを語ります。さらに渋谷区とStartup Lady Japanが加わり、一人の挑戦を「みんなの共創」に変えるために、行政・支援者・投資家ができることを一緒に考えます。
最後に、女性起業家と投資家・事業パートナーをつなぐ大型イベント「HerRise Partner Matching Event 2026」（2026年12月9日開催）をご紹介します。挑戦中の方、これから起業を考えている方、女性起業家を応援・支援したい方など、どなたでもぜひご参加ください。

「ストックオプション（SO）を出したいけれど、何から考えればいいのか分からない」
そんな創業者・管理部門の方に向けて、SOの“基本のキ”を2回シリーズで確認するセッションの第1回です。
今回は、SO設計を専門とする公認会計士と、シード期から起業家に伴走する税理士が、
- そもそも何のためにSOを出すのか（目的と付与対象の考え方）、
- 行使価額を決める株価算定の考え方（税制適格SOの株価ルール）、
- オプションプールや資本政策との関係、
の3つのテーマを掛け合い形式で語ります。
一方的な講義ではなく、現場でよく受ける相談や“あるある”の失敗をもとにしたディスカッションが中心です。会場からのご質問も大歓迎です。

Dr. Kenneth Pechter is a Tokyo-based professor, producer, and innovation specialist. He serves as Professor and Director of the Global MBA Program at Hosei University’s Business School of Innovation Management, focusing on innovation, creativity, and global business development.
He holds a PhD in Innovation Management and Policy from the University of Tokyo and a BS/MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from UC Irvine. His background includes engineering and analyst roles at the U.S. Congress’s Office of Technology Assessment and the Government of Denmark’s national laboratories, a decade on the faculty at the University of Tokyo, and private sector work as a producer and consultant.
Notable projects include introducing Hollywood-style pitching to the Tokyo International Film Festival, working on the strategic alliance between Yoshimoto Kogyo and Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and producing the films Free Foot Jam (2016), Shinpan (2018), and Rules of Living (2024). An award-winning researcher (AACSB Innovations That Inspire Award, IGBR Distinguished Research Award 2022), he also coordinates regional revitalization internships across Japan, and is a marathon runner, triathlete, and ocean & snow sports enthusiast.

Dr. Kenneth Pechter is a Tokyo-based professor, producer, and innovation specialist. He serves as Professor and Director of the Global MBA Program at Hosei University’s Business School of Innovation Management, focusing on innovation, creativity, and global business development.
He holds a PhD in Innovation Management and Policy from the University of Tokyo and a BS/MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from UC Irvine. His background includes engineering and analyst roles at the U.S. Congress’s Office of Technology Assessment and the Government of Denmark’s national laboratories, a decade on the faculty at the University of Tokyo, and private sector work as a producer and consultant.
Notable projects include introducing Hollywood-style pitching to the Tokyo International Film Festival, working on the strategic alliance between Yoshimoto Kogyo and Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and producing the films Free Foot Jam (2016), Shinpan (2018), and Rules of Living (2024). An award-winning researcher (AACSB Innovations That Inspire Award, IGBR Distinguished Research Award 2022), he also coordinates regional revitalization internships across Japan, and is a marathon runner, triathlete, and ocean & snow sports enthusiast.
