慶應義塾大学卒業後、デンマークの海運世界最大手Maersk Lineに入社。その後フリーランスの日英バイリンガルMC/通訳として主に国際会議やスポーツ国際大会、海外トレードショー等で活躍し、2013年株式会社キャリーオンを設立。 子ども服の買取・販売コミュニティ「キャリーオン」事業を通じてSDGs5、12の達成にも寄与し、2020年退任。2021年キャリーオン売却。2021年、世界中で注目を集めるヘンプ抽出物CBDを用いたボタニカルフードテック 株式会社Leaflowを設立し、代表取締役CEOに就任。CBDを使った健康的な食品を提供することによって、よりよい社会作りに貢献する。日本ではまだ数少ない女性のシリアルアントレプレナーとして活躍するかたわら、Startup Lady Japan理事、One Young World Japan理事として、女性アントレプレナーおよび日本を支える次世代グローバルリーダーの育成にも従事。 Rui is a Tokyo based serial entrepreneur successfully exited in 2021 July, CEO and Co-Founder of Leaflow Inc that leads the next generation CBD products throughout Japan and Asia. Previously co-founded Carry On Inc. in 2013 operating "Carry On (Social Closet®) " the hassle-free sharing platform for gently worn children’s clothing. Well experienced with e-commerce, retail service, sustainability for consuming goods, PR & branding, strategy marketing, team building. She is on a mission to incubate women entrepreneurs and to empower next-gen leaders in Japan as Startup Lady/One Young World directors as well. Previously, 10+ years experience at event operation, public relations, emceeing, interpreting as freelance. 3 years experience at Maersk Line for international shipping business. Bachelor of Arts, Keio University 1997.
