女性起業家やリーダーの成長においてコミュニティが重要だということは、もはや誰もが知っています。しかしその価値は「なんとなく大事」にとどまり、戦略的に設計されているケースは多くありません。資金調達、事業機会、パートナーシップ。コミュニティはそれらに直結する重要なインフラになりえますが、その構造はまだ十分に解き明かされていません。
本セッションには、コミュニティを異なる立場から設計・運営・活用してきた実践者が集まります。東京都のAPT Womenプログラムを5年にわたり運営し、女性起業家支援の知見を積み上げてきたブランスクム文葉氏。TIBおよびEndeavorでのコミュニティ運営の現場を知る前田明子氏。麻布十番のコワーキング「BIRTH」を拠点にコミュニティをつくりながら、JCCOの理事としてコミュニティマネジメントの本質を探求し、エンジェル投資家としてスタートアップの成長も支えてきた高木秀邦氏。そして52カ国・1350名を擁するStartup Lady Japanを主宰し、グローバルな女性起業家コミュニティを牽引してきた鈴木萌子氏がモデレーターを務めます。

Most people know community matters. Fewer know how to build it so it actually works — connecting founders and leaders to funding, partnerships, and real opportunity.
This session brings together practitioners who have built and operated communities from distinctly different vantage points. Fumiha Branscombe has led the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's APT Women program for five years. Akiko Maeda brings community management experience from both TIB and Endeavor. Hidekuni Takagi built a thriving community through his coworking space BIRTH in Azabu-Juban, serves on the board of JCCO, and invests as an angel across the ecosystem. Moderating is Moeko Suzuki, founder of Startup Lady Japan, a community spanning 52 countries and 1,350 members.
How does community translate into real opportunity? Where does network leverage begin? And what design principles should builders keep in mind?

Fumiha Branscombe is the Representative Director of Fleurinary Inc., a company whose name blends "Fleurir" (to bloom) and "Luminary" (one who radiates light), reflecting her mission to design environments where challenge becomes sustainable.
She has led Tokyo Metropolitan Government's APT Women program, one of Japan's largest women's entrepreneurship support initiatives, overseeing everything from entrepreneur development to full program operations. She also built InnovateHer Tokyo's international ecosystem from the ground up.
Her expertise lies in designing and executing programs across complex stakeholder environments where government, large corporations, academia, and investors converge. Her career spanning Oriental Land, CCC, Nomura Securities, and 01Booster has given her a rare fluency across distinct organizational cultures and logics, forming the foundation of her approach to moving multiple stakeholders in a single direction.
She serves as Japan Representative of Prospera Women, Outside Director at All Bridge Inc., and Entrepreneurship Ambassador appointed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. She holds an MBA from Globis University Graduate School of Management.
高校時代をロンドンで過ごし、2010年に米国の大学を卒業。2015年に海外市場開拓支援とIoT機器のOEM/ODM事業を行う株式会社テイラーイノベーションズを設立し、自社製品として4Kライブ配信機器「Blastreams」を開発。2018年には、52カ国2000名が参加するグローバル女性起業家コミュニティ「Startup Lady」を設立。スタートアップエコシステム協会の第1期理事を務め、現在はLa French Tech Tokyoの理事を務める。官民連携プロジェクトにも参画中。
日本企業の海外新規事業展開に伴い、フィリピン現地法人社長、米国現地法人ゼネラルマネージャーを歴任。 帰国後は一般社団法人エンデバー・ジャパンにてコミュニティ形成に従事。
現在は Tokyo Innovation Baseにてコミュニティマネージャーを務めるほか、海外企業の日本市場進出支援にも取り組んでいる。 また、Bloom Beyondを主宰し、グローバルにキャリアを広げる女性のためのコミュニティを運営している。
Akiko Maeda has led overseas business expansion for Japanese companies, serving as President of a Philippine subsidiary and General Manager of a U.S. entity.
After returning to Japan, she worked on community building at Endeavor Japan.
She currently serves as a Lead Community Manager at TIB and independently supports overseas companies entering the Japanese market.
She leads Bloom Beyond, a community for women expanding their careers globally.
Hidekuni Takagi is a dynamic entrepreneur, investor, and community builder based in Tokyo. As CEO of Takagi Building, a company with over 60 years of experience in building management, he oversees a portfolio of 20 office buildings and residences across Tokyo and is the founder of BIRTH, an impact-driven coworking space championing community development and equality in Japan's startup culture. He leads ventures spanning real estate, dining, and sauna projects, and specializes in venture capital investment with a focus on nurturing innovative startups including companies preparing for IPO.
Beyond real estate, he serves as a local government advisor providing strategies to enhance regional prosperity, and as a board member of the Japan Coworking Space & Community Manager Organization, contributing to the growth of coworking communities across the country. A former professional musician, his creative background shapes his unique approach to problem-solving and his ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders.
