概要 | Descriptions:
Visibility doesn’t happen by accident — but it also doesn’t have to be exhausting.
This panel brings together women who have built genuine public presence in Japan’s startup ecosystem to talk honestly about what it takes: the platforms, the pivots, and the moments that changed how they were seen. Part strategy, part personal story, entirely practical.
Who it attracts: Founders and professionals who want to raise their profile and aren’t sure where to start — or who’ve started and want to go further.

As a founding member of tonari, a social venture and startup based in Japan, my role involves taking the lead in creative PR, marketing, and community building.
With a decade of professional experience in the TV and music industry, I've served as a director, producer, and business development executive, handling diverse content like educational programs, animation, documentaries, music and fashion shows, and digital content involving motion capture, holograms, and mobile applications.
My passion centers around cultural projects, education, and city design, where the fusion of music, art, and technology drives me forward. Being multi-lingual and globally minded, I strive to offer a unique perspective, always seeking innovative ways to engage and inspire audiences.
