Naohiro "Hiro" Nishiguchi is Managing Director of Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) Japan, President of Startup Genome Japan, and Japan Director for UC Berkeley Executive Education (Haas School of Business). He has spent over a decade working to globalize Japan's startup ecosystem — connecting corporations, investors, and policymakers with leading ecosystems worldwide. His core argument: the bottleneck is not the startups. It's corporate Japan's ability to move fast enough to work with them.
